Real Madrid are still keen on bringing Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea to the Bernabeu this summer.
And according to reports coming from Spain, the Old Trafford club will ask the Champions League winners to include Cristiano Ronaldo in any deal for the talented shot-stopper.
Cristiano moved to Spain in 2009 after scoring 118 goals for the red devils in 292 games, but he has been repeatedly linked with a move back to Old Trafford in recent times.
It was speculated that David De Gea is bound to join Real Madrid at the end of this season and that Manchester United are resigned to losing the Spain international.
And Sport made it known that the Old Trafford club – who are still bent over singing Ronaldo – wants Real Madrid to include the Portuguese international in a deal for De Gea.
Real Madrid are trying to sign Neymar from Paris Saint Germain this summer, and it was reported that the La Liga champions will allow Ronaldo leave the club if they can get Neymar’s signature before the end of the summer window.
David was on the verge of completing a move to Real in 2015, but the deal couldn’t materialise before the closure of the window.
