Man United hand target Ultimatum to make up his mind on transfer – report

According to reports in the British media, Manchester United have reportedly set a Friday deadline for Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez to decide to put pen to paper for the Red Devils.

As per the Daily Express, the Red Devils have informed the 29-year-old Arsenal superstar that he must decide about whether to sign for United before the end runs out.

Manchester United have been strongly heavily linked with a winter move to sign Alexis Sanchez recently after they allegedly entered the transfer race for the Chilean along with bitter rivals Manchester City.

The player’s Arsenal future has been a continued source of intense rumour in recent months and weeks after the attacker entered into the last few months of his deal at The Emirates Stadium.

The report states that United are concerned that their interest in the forward is being used as a bait to get Manchester City to raise their bid for the former Barcelona attacker.

And the Jose Mourinho tutored club have told the versatile forward that he has until Friday to decide before they formally withdraw their approach in the Arsenal attacker.

The Chilean international attacking midfielder is widely seen one of English Premier League’s best players but his Arsenal future has been a continued source of uncertainty after his club failed to tie the attacker to a new contract.
