It has been reported that North London side Arsenal target and Barcelona attacker Malcom has decided to remain at the Camp Nou to snub all interests for him ahead of the winter transfer window.

Malcom has been in fine form for the Spanish giants in addition to scoring an important goal in the Champions League against Italian Serie A side Inter Milan.

However, Barcelona are struggling to keep him at the club with several clubs including Tottenham, Chelsea and Roma all speculated to be interested in his signature.

The former Bordeaux star who played 32 games and scored 12 goals in addition to 7 assists across all competitions last season, has got a £45 million release clause from the Blaugrana with his contract expected to run out in 2023.

More so, the North London side are not believed to be bent on the signing of the Barcelona star having got Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang at the attack.

The Gunners are only making the move to secure a replacement for English international Danny Welbeck who is out as a result of the knee injury he sustained.

The unbeaten run of the North London side has been ended in their Premier League 3-2 defeat to Southampton on Sunday evening.
