Former Manchester United Striker Louis Saha has blasted French midfielder for publicly criticising manager Jose Mourinho.

According to the Frenchman, Pogba is only a player and not a manager, adding that criticizing a manager’s tactics in public is wrong.

Saha is of the opinion that his fellow countryman had made some comments of the Portuguese manager in public on purpose, to mount pressure on him which he described as wrong communication.

The former Juventus midfielder has been at loggerhead with the former Chelsea boss and that had created tension at the club, in addition to dividing the dressing room.

Pogba had accused United of not attacking under the Portuguese manager as he claims the defensive approach was the reason for poor results at the club.

Mourinho who felt offended at the repeated undoing of the World Cup winner stripped him of his assistant captain position and told Pogba he will never captain the club again.

Pogba had threatened to leave the club with his decision made known to the club’s executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward but the club’s chief has been reluctant to let the player leave.

Barcelona and PSG are reported to be monitoring the situation at Manchester United with the hope of having the service of the French player.
