Manager: United Better Than Chelsea, Tottenham And Liverpool
Ahead of the Manchester Derby against Pep Guardiola’s City, United boss Jose Mourinho has highlighted his side’s progress this term.
Manchester City have been superb all season and they keep winning games with no much struggle.
The sky blue club will win the premier league with a win over their neighbours at the Etihad Stadium.
But despite how important the game is, Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho said he hasn’t been thinking about the duel.
The Portuguese tactician only said he is focusing mainly on holding to the second spot of the premier league table ahead of Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea. The former Inter Milan boss also believes Liverpool, Spurs and Chelsea have all been given more credit than his own current side this term.
Mourinho insists United is better than Liverpool, Tottenham and Chelsea because his side are ahead of these teams on the table.
He believes his side deserved to finish second despite the constant criticism hurled towards his direction.
Mourinho also emphasised on the progress his side keeps making this season after finishing sixth last term.
According to him, his boys have scored more goals this term and have conceded fewer goals. With seven more games to go, the former Real Madrid manager promised to fight for every match.
