Hero: This Is What Chelsea Should Do Against Tottenham At Wembley

Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has asked Chelsea to get back to their feet and ignore getting panicked after their opening day 3-2 loss to Burnley at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Burnley successfully gets all three points at Stamford Bridge, and Chelsea will take on Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Hotspur next.

The blues similarly lost their opening match the season Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho was sacked, and Liverpool hero Jamie thinks they can prevent something similar from happening if they go back to the basics and stay strong to get a draw against Mauricio Pochettino’s side at Wembley.

Antonio Conte will be without a handful of first-teamers who helped him win the premier league trophy last season.

Both Gary Cahill and midfielder Cesc Fabregas won’t be featuring in the game, and we look on to see who will partner N’Golo Kante in the center of the defence.

And Carragher, when asked if the blues should panic during the Monday Night Football, said they should do the exact opposite of that.

‘They have only lost one match at home, what they should be thinking right now is to relax.’

‘But next week [against Tottenham] the mentality should be to go there [to Wembley] and don’t get beat – take your point.’

Antonio Conte is keen on bringing in more players before the transfer window closes.
