Inter Milan get major boost after words from Man United player

Italian Serie A outfit Inter Milan have been handed a major boost in their bid to land Belgium international Romelu Lukaku in this summer transfer window.

This is after the striker gave the hint that he is done with the Red Devils and will seek a move away after scoring a brace in Euro 2020 qualification game against Scotland.

Expecting this summer transfer window to be a busy one for Man United, Romelu Lukaku made it clear that he will be meeting with the club to conclude talks over his future as he can no longer boast of starting ahead of England international Marcus Rashford as a result of his loss of form in the just-concluded season.

Admitting that he had a very difficult season, Romelu Lukaku stated that his agent will probably hold talks with the Red Devils to sort things out.

However, he refused to comment on the speculations linking him with a move to Inter Milan when asked by journalists.

Meanwhile, Romelu Lukaku has been able to deliver 42 goals in 86 games since joining the Red Devils in a fee of £75 million from Everton in 2017.

There is no doubt that his experience will help him be a better player in the Italian Serie A.
