Chelsea, Liverpool, United and City Target Told To Join Barcelona

Paris Saint Germain (PSG) midfielder Adrien Rabiot has reportedly been told that he’s free to join Spanish champions Barcelona in the next transfer window in January.

The French international is currently in a contract standoff with the French champions.

He has less than a year left on his current deal with PSG and has so far refused to sign a new contract.

The French capital club has repeatedly made contract offers to him.

Adrien Rabiot’s mother also serves as his representatives.

The young French midfielder was told that he can join the Spanish champions by the PSG sporting director, Antero Henrique.

According to him, Rabiot can join Barcelona once the transfer window comes around in the event that an agreement can be reached.

This was according to the publication from French news outlet Paris United.

It further revealed that PSG president Nasser Al-Khalifa found out about the latest development on the player’s contract on Tuesday.

Apart from this, Adrien Rabiot has also been linked with a move to the Premier League Chelsea and Liverpool.

English heavyweights such as Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City have been linked with the young midfielder.

He’s no stranger to England having spent some time in the Manchester City Academy some years back.
