Hero Sends Man United Transfer Message To Arsenal Fans: He’s Moving To United

Former Arsenal player Ian Wright believes his former club will lose Mesut Ozil to Manchester United anytime soon.

Ozil has been repeatedly linked with Manchester United for some time now, and he has refused to sign a new contract with Arsene Wenger’s side.

His contract will expire at the end of the season, and it is thought the Emirates club will sell him when January comes instead of losing him for nothing next summer.

Although manager Jose Mourinho is yet to make a public statement about the links with Ozil, it is believed he is keen to reunite with the German midfielder at Old Trafford after managing him at Real Madrid some years back.

And former Arsenal man Ian Wright, speaking recently to BBC, offered some insight into the potential transfer and feels Ozil will definitely move to Old Trafford.

“I’m sure [Mourinho] would love to do that [sign Ozil for free]” he said.

Mesut Ozil was left out of the squad that won Burnley on Sunday, and it was made known that he suddenly fell ill.

He travelled with the rest of the party to Burnley but was sent back to the English capital by the club’s medical team.

It is yet to be seen if Arsenal will get him sold to a premier league rival when January comes, or allow him to leave for nothing at the end of the season.
