Antonio Conte to send Chelsea scouts to watch Berke Ozer

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois continues to be strongly linked with a transfer away from Stamford bridge every transfer window, with La Liga and Champions League winners Real Madrid being the main suitor.

With his deal running out at the end of next campaign, and second choice goalie Willy Caballero now 36-years-old and only at the West London club for only this season, The Blues need to begin thinking about a perfect replacement in goal.

The Premier League Champions will have their eyes on one of Europe’s top goalkeeping talents in the next few weeks when they ask scouts to watch 17-year-old goalkeeper Berke Ozer of Turkish side Altinordu.

According to reports, Berke Ozer is also targeted by Premier League giant Manchester City and Italian Serie A heavyweights AS Roma but Antonio Conte’s team will have a club scout to watch him closely when in action on the 1st of December against Turkish second division club Gazişehir Gaziantep.

After forcing his way into the first-team at just the age of 16 last campaign, Berke Ozer, a regular for the Under-17 side of Turkey, was handed his first invite to the senior team back in May but has still not played his first international match.
