Romelu Lukaku

The FA Cup is the only remaining hope for both Manchester United and Chelsea to end the season with a trophy, and we can’t wait to see what happens at the Wembley Stadium.

Ahead of the clash, Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho has made it known that Romelu Lukaku is likely to participate in the duel – although the Belgian might have to start from the bench.

The talented player continues his recovery from injury after picking an unpleasant knock during his side’s most recent win against Arsenal at Old Trafford.

Romelu, who moved to Old Trafford from Everton last summer, travelled to his home country some days back for further treatment, and he is now running towards getting back to full fitness before the FA Cup final.

And manager Jose Mourinho, speaking after his side’s 0-0 draw with West Ham United on Thursday, told pressmen that the club’s medical department have been working hand-in-hand with the doctors at Belgium to enhance Lukaku’s recovery.

The Portuguese tactician also suggested the likelihood of featuring Romelu in the final.

The Belgian striker has scored 27 goals for Manchester United this season so far and has become an important member at Old Trafford.

Since he picked up the injury, his side lost 1-0 to Brighton before another 0-0 draw with West Ham. So, it’s glaring his presence at the FA Cup final ain’t good news for Chelsea.
