Good news for Arsenal as James Rodriguez replies to transfer speculations
Real Madrid player James Rodriguez has finally reacted to the speculations linking him to a move to the North London outfit Arsenal in this winter transfer window.
The Colombia international who is currently having his loan spell at the German Bundesliga outfit Bayern Munich was reported to be close to leaving cutting his loan spell short in order to join the English Premier League side.
However, he has now given his reaction by stating that he will not be leaving the German Bundesliga outfit in this winter transfer window as earlier speculated by the press.
He did not rule out a move to the Emirate Stadium but only stated that he will wait until the summer transfer window when his loan spell with Bayern Munich will be over before making a decision.
Suggestions are that the player’s remark is to Arsenal’s advantage owing to the fact that the North London side are not financially capable of striking any permanent deal this January window.
The Gunners have made it clear that they will only be looking for loan deals in this winter window because of their financial strength but made it clear that a number of transfer deals would happen in the coming summer window.
