Man United seek Juventus to help make firm approach for star player

It has been reported that Manchester United are willing to let Matteo Darmian leave the club in this winter transfer window to Italian Serie A outfit Juventus should they come forward with a good offer.

The Italian Serie A outfit are reported to have indicated interest in the star player having watched him on several occasions.

A report by Gazzetta dello Sport claims that an agreement has already been reached between the Red Devils and the Turin-based side to ensure Matteo Darmian’s switch.

The report added that all arrangement have already been put in place to have the 29-year-old move in coming days.

Matteo Darmian is also keen to leave the club as he has not been favoured with a regular starting role since arriving in 2015 as he is desperate to make the peak of his career more useful.

So far this season, Matteo Darmian has had five appearances across all competitions this season which is not enough for him and that is why he is pushing for a move away.

Meanwhile, it is unsure what the stand of interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is on Matteo Darmian but there are clear indications that the former player is not ready to lose any member of his squad this winter window.
