Leicester City manager Claude Puel has dismissed reports that Arsenal have now emerged as title contenders owing to their great form this season.
Puel who was speaking ahead of his visit to the Emirates Stadium noted that it is too early to call because the Premier League has a long way to go with lots of possibilities and surprises.
The Leicester City boss admits that Arsenal have been in good form and have worked hard to deserve their current place in the league table with their confidence and new playing system under the new manager.
Puel praised manager Unai Emery for doing a good job, noting that he has been able to pick up from the Arsene Wenger era to create a level of stability in the Arsenal team which was never expected.
He praised Emery for living with the pressure at the beginning of the season and has been able to move far away, adding that he has got a lot of respect for him.
However, Arsenal hope to extend their winning streak to 10 so as to further press in the race for the EPL title.
The Spanish manager has noted that he will not be carried away by the past results but will work hard to ensure his side prepare well for next games.
