Four players whose future are uncertain at Chelsea

The stay of football players at a particular club is based on the contract signed with the respective football clubs.

While the Blues are worried about the future of Eden Hazard, who has so far refused to extend his stay at Stamford Bridge and could be out of the club any time soon.

Chelsea have to worry about their defender Cesar Azpilicueta too as his contract will end very soon.

Apart from this duo, there are some Chelsea players whose future at the club is uncertain but their contract will lapse at the end of this season.

Below are 4 players at Chelsea with an uncertain future in the club.

1. Cesc Fabregas – The Spain international and Chelsea midfielder has been held down by injury he sustained during the preseason tour.

Although, Fabregas is back at Chelsea and he is supposed to travel with the Blues to Greece, the future of the 31-year-old is uncertain at Chelsea.

This is because he wouldn’t be able to keep up with Sarri fast pace ball. Moreover, he has been linked with a move to Italy.

2. Gary Cahill – The defender has not started for Blues this season and with the way things are going at Chelsea, Sarri will not be willing to give him any playing chances.

Cahill will leave Chelsea by January if he doesn’t get enough playing time.

3. David Luiz – Ever since the arrival of Sarri Maurizio, the Brazil star has been getting enough playing chances and has been performing good so far.

It wouldn’t be a surprise if Chelsea offers him a contract extension despite his age.

4. Olivier Giroud – Since the arrival of the former Arsenal star at Chelsea, he has turned some kind of Cult hero.

Giroud started his first game at Chelsea this season over the weekend during a game against Cardiff.

The 31-Year-old had gone ahead to create two great chances for the Blues.

Despite his performance, his future at Chelsea looks bleak owing to the fact that he signed 18 months contract and also his age is depriving him of some chances.

I have a dream to coach Chelsea in the next few years – Legend
