Finally, Club Will Sell Star Player To Man United For £75M

According to reports currently circulating in France, Ligue I side Monaco have decided to let go of their star player Fabinho next summer and will demand £75million for the talented midfielder.

Fabinho was strongly linked with both Manchester United and City before the end of last season, but French heavyweights PSG are believed to be favourites to get his signature before Monaco decide to keep him prior to the start of this campaign.

The Ligue I champions sold a handful of their top players during the summer transfer window – including Tiemoue Bakayoko (who joined premier league champions Chelsea), Kylian Mbappe (who made a big money move to Paris Saint Germain) and Benjamin Mendy (who was sold to Manchester City).

And French outlet Le10 Sport (via Metro) claim Monaco are bracing themselves for renewed interest from Europe’s biggest clubs for the Brazilian midfielder, and that rivals PSG will return at the end of the season to make a fresh bid to reunite the player with his former teammate Mbappe at Paris.

It was also added that Pep Guardiola is likely to show interest again as the Spanish manager will try reinforcing his midfield department when the next summer transfer window opens

But for Manchester United, it is yet to be known if Jose Mourinho will still have the interest to bring Fabinho to Old Trafford after signing Nemanja Matic from Chelsea this summer for £40m.
