Former European champions Chelsea have recovered from their poor away form in the Premier League to stay in contention for a top-four spot.
Sarri and his players were under severe pressure after losing their first three league games away from home in 2019 without scoring any goal.
They were beaten 2-0, 4-0 and 6-0 at Arsenal, Bournemouth and Manchester City respectively and their position was not helped by the Carabao Cup final snub from goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga who refused to be substituted during the game.
That Carabao Cup incident seems to have galvanised Chelsea who have now won their last three games in all competitions since that penalty loss to Manchester City who retained their title at the Wembley Stadium on February 24.
Spanish international goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga was fined a week’s salary for his part in the Carabao Cup brouhaha before being dropped for the London Derby clash with Tottenham Hotspur.
The 2-0 home win over Spurs started the present three-game winning run and it would be severally tested by a Wolves side that defeated Chelsea 2-1 in their first league meeting earlier this season.
Chelsea are favourites according to Bet9ja at the odds of 1.55 while Wolves have winning odds of 6.70.
A stalemate between the two top-seven teams is at the odds of 4.00.
