Arsenal boss Unai Emery has made a claim on the performance of Super Eagles star Alex Iwobi as he urges him to do more in subsequent game.
Coming from the bench, Iwobi made a sincere impact in the game and it made a long way in reducing the threat of the Reds on the Arsenal defence, having kept them busy.
The Spanish manager is glad to have the Arsenal academy graduate make an impact in games but he wants him to do more in goal scoring to be able to give him an edge.
Iwobi was subbed in at the 68th minute to replace Henrikh Mkhitaryan and was meant to play at the left role but that did not stop him from registering his fifth assist in the game.
The former PSG manager is of the opinion that more can be done by the Nigerian international by scoring goals.
Emery added that Iwobi has been impactful for his side but wants him to do more by going closer to the box so as to register more goals to his name, adding that he is still young and has got the energy to do so.
It has been a different Iwobi this season with his current form showcasing the talent and prospect he showed when he first emerged on the stage.
