Jordan Williams has finalised a move to Rochdale this summer, and his now-former side Liverpool have officially confirmed the switch.
The player was out of contract with the Merseyside club at the end of the campaign, and the Reds failed to place a new deal on the table to extend his stay at Merseyside.
Williams was only able to make a single appearance in the Liverpool first-team during his spell at the club and was not able to break into the senior side.
He was on loan at Rochdale last term and he played 14 games for the club after an unpleasant injury cut short the move.
Despite interests from other sides trying to get his signature ahead of the 2018/19 season, Williams believes he has unfinished business at Rochdale and has decided to make his presence at the club a permanent one.
Williams is a talented player with a bright future. He simply struggled for regular actions at Anfield due to the presence of the likes of Jordan Henderson, Emre Can, James Milner, Georginio Wijnaldum and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Guinean midfielder Naby Keita is joining Jurgen Klopp at Anfield this summer to strengthen his midfield, although Emre Can is moving to Turin to join Serie A champions Juventus.
