Ex-Arsenal star, Santi Cazorla says he is keeping a close tab on Liverpool injured player
Former Arsenal star turn Villarreal player, Santi Cazorla have reached out to his former Arsenal teammate, Alexander Oxlade Chamberlain, who move to Liverpool in a £40 million deal from Emirate stadium.
Alexander Oxlade Chamberlain is currently suffering from a multiple ligaments injury which he sustained during the semi-final against Italian club AS Roma in the UEFA Champions League last season.
The injury saw the England international miss the UEFA Champions League final between Liverpool and Real Madrid and also miss out of the world cup tournament for his home country.
To make matter worse, Oxlade Chamberlain will also miss the whole of this season as he wouldn’t be able to play for the Reds in a long time.
However, his fellow player, 33-year-old Santi Cazorla, who himself is a regular of long-term injuries disclosed he has been in the lookout for Chamberlain since he sustained the injury.
The Villarreal midfielder disclosed he is keeping a tab on the Liverpool player as he added that it is not easy.
He went on to say that Oxlade Chamberlain will be successful and injury free very soon.
