According to British media reports, Premier League side Chelsea are interested in a deal to land Miralem Pjanic and Raul Albiol this summer transfer window.
Chelsea consider offer for duo
The Daily Mirror is claiming that Chelsea are weighing up bids to attempt and sign the Juventus and Napoli stars to England this summer window as they look to completely revamp their team ahead of next campaign.
The Blues have been constantly linked with a number of top players this summer window but they have not yet completed any signings this season.
The managerial situation at Stamford Bridge is still undecided, with former Juventus boss Antonio Conte expected to leave the West London club this summer window.
Sarri target Serie A duo
The same report suggests that Italian coach Maurizio Sarri will target transfers for both Pjanic and Albiol and this summer window should he be named as the side’s new boss.
Albiol is thought to have a £5million buyout clause in his current deal with Serie A outfit Napoli, and Premier League giants Chelsea still have an interest in Pjanic.
The same report suggests that Napoli manager Maurizio Sarri is the man being considered to replace former Italy boss Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge this summer window as Chelsea look to bounce back properly from their disappointing season last year.
