Confirmed! Man United could sign Kieran Tierney next summer
Premier League giants Manchester United will put on hold their plans to bring in Celtic full-back Kieran Tierney for another season, as per reports.
According to British media reports, the Red Devils could look to complete a transfer deal to land Kieran Tierney from Scottish side Celtic next summer window.
Manchester Evening News, as cited by The Daily Mirror, is claiming that the Red Devils are keen on a deal to bring in the defender in the 2019 summer window.
The same report suggests that Portuguese tactician Jose Mourinho has decided to stall the side’s plans to land the highly rated player ahead of the new English Premier League campaign.
As per the same report, United plans to keep close tabs on the 21-year-old throughout the 2018-19 campaign before the Red Devils look at a possible swoop at the end of the season.
Daily Mirror list Everton, Chelsea, Barcelona and Everton as possible suitors for the Scotland international full-back following his decent start to his career at Celtic.
The former Premier League champions ended up in second position in the English Premier League log last term to secure their highest finish since the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson in 2013.
