Chelsea Star Set To Return To Chelsea First Team Action This Week

Kenedy

According to new reports, Chelsea youngster Kenedy is ready to join the club’s first team squad on Wednesday after spending a week alone at their Cobham complex.

Kenedy was asked to leave Chelsea’s pre-season tour after he uploaded a series of offensive posts on social media while representing the blues in far away China.

And afterwards, the 21-year-old has been forced to train alone following his indiscipline. He is now expected to be added back into the squad once they return back to West London.

While in Beijing, the Brazilian player uploaded two photographs to Instagram that sparked outrage and he found himself in hot water over his uncultured comments.

He posted a picture of himself along with the tag ‘Porra China’ – which roughly translates from Portugueuse as ‘F*** China’.

And in a quick succession, he uploaded another picture of a sleeping Chinese security guard with the caption ‘Acorda China Vacilao’ – which is roughly translated to mean ‘Wake up China idiot’.

This led him to be booed during Chelsea’s first preseason game against Arsenal in China, which forced the premier league champions to issue out of public apology for the player’s actions. They also fined the Brazilian and sent him home from the tour.

The player also made his own apology, and we hope Chelsea Chinese fans will find a place in their hearts to forgive him.
