Serie A Club Already Planning To Ruin Liverpool’s 2018 Summer Transfer Plans

RB Leipzig star player Naby Keita emerged as a target for Liverpool this summer, but the German club have made it known that they won’t be allowing the player leave yet.

However, there are indications that the Bundesliga club will sell him next summer, and Calciomercato are now reporting that Serie A heavyweights Inter Milan will battle Liverpool for the player’s signature when the next summer transfer window opens.

Liverpool have reportedly pulled out of negotiations for Keita and will wait until the summer of 2018 when a release clause of something close to £50 Million will be activated in his contract.

However, Inter have also revealed they will make a move for the Guinean international and are understood to have begun planning their move for him from now.

The African star is reportedly interested in making a move to Anfield this summer, but Leipzig are said to be adamant on selling him, with the club’s CEO saying they already made the decision to keep all their players to represent them in the Champions League next season.

But news from Italy says Inter Milan will attempt luring the midfielder into San Siro and will open talks with the player’s agent.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is known to be a keen admirer of Keita, and the German boss is expected to do all it takes to be the one to get the player’s signature next summer.
