Chelsea prepare huge-money move to complete signing of prolific superstar

According to reports in the British press, Premier League giants Chelsea are keen on a move to land striker Robert Lewandowski from Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich this summer transfer window.

Bayern star could join Chelsea

The Daily Mirror is claiming that Stamford Bridge have become one of the main destinations for the 29-year-old forward after he announced his plans to leave the German club this summer transfer window.

Lewandowski is generally considered to be one of Europe’s top forwards and his situation is expected to spark a transfer war among suitors in the summer window.

As per the same report, the Blues are looking to start their summer recruitment activity, even if they are yet to resolve their managerial situation.

Bayern place a hefty price tag on striker

The same report says that Bayern Munich will seek a fee in excess of £80million for the Polish striker this summer transfer window should they agree to offload him.

It is also suggested that the likes of PSG and Real Madrid are keen on signing Robert Lewandowski this summer transfer window.

The West Londoners endured a disappointing campaign in the English Premier League as they ended up in fifth position and missed out on UEFA Champions League qualification.

However, they did manage to end the season brightly, beating rivals Manchester United in the Emirates FA Cup final in May.
