Chelsea will play host to London rival Tottenham Hotspur in an EPL clash tomorrow. The match is expected to be a tough one, giving that the saint are yet to lose any match this season.
Antonio Conte’s men have been on fine run-of-form in recent weeks. The Blues have won all their last six EPL games without conceding a goal.
Speaking in a press briefing ahead of tomorrow encounter, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte gave an insight of the players to expect on the pitch.
The tactician ruled out Chelsea’s skipper John Terry and defensive Midfielder John Obi Mike due to injury suffered.
“For tomorrow I don’t have available John Terry and (John) Obi Mikel,” Conte said.
“John has a muscular problem in his gluteus and Mikel also has a muscular problem. [Terry] did it in training and will be out for two or three weeks.”
Asked if Terry’s setback is frustrating, Conte replied: “Yeah. But he needs to recover from his injuries and then he must start training sessions and have good form.
“He recovered really well from his last injury and now he needs to stop again.”
Mikel is yet to feature for the Blues this season while Terry has only make one substitute appearance in the EPL since the Blues switched to a 3-4-3 formation.
