Chelsea Fans Blame Jose Mourinho For Man City Defeat At Stamford Bridge

Former Chelsea star player Kevin De Bruyne scored the winning goal for his current side Man City when both sides clashed at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Chelsea fans, of course, are not happy for losing the game. But they are not angry with De Bruyne, but the man called Jose Mourinho.

How does this concerns the Manchester United boss?

Simply because, he was the one who sold De Bruyne for just £18million three years ago – and the blues fans didn’t forget this, expressing their anger on social media.

When the Portuguese tactician was still at Stamford Bridge, he wasn’t in the habit of giving promising youngsters too much opportunities to prove themselves – and De Bruyne was not an exception.

The Belgian star was not giving much chance in Mourinho’s first-team before he was pushed to Bundesliga side Wolfsburg in 2014.

The talented player impressed greatly in Germany and caught the attention of some top European clubs including Manchester City who eventually got his signature for £55million in 2015.

He is now one of the most important players at Etihad and has punished his former club with an important goal in their premier league clash at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

And some Chelsea fans took to social media to vent their annoyances on current Man United manager Jose Mourinho for selling the player when he was still at Stamford Bridge.

The former Chelsea boss was Aldo the one who sold Romelu Lukaku away from Stamford Bridge – a player who has become one of the best strikers in the premier league.
