Chelsea’s Spanish contingents Cesc Fabregas and Pedro were all smiles as the Blues jetted off to Azerbaijan to honour their all-important UEFA Champions League match with Qarabag on Wednesday.
The Blues head into the match knowing that a win would seal their place in the knockout stages of the competition.
Antonio Conte’s men have been in impressive form in the English top-flight lately and followed up their win over Premier League rivals Manchester United with a 4-0 triumph at West Brom on Saturday afternoon.
Belgium international playmaker Eden Hazard grabbed a brace to add to goals from Spaniard Marcos Alonso and striker Alvaro Morata to help the Blues climb to the third spot in the English Premier League table.
The West London outfit demolished Qarabag 6-0 at home when the two teams met at the beginning of the campaign.
And Chelsea fans will be hoping that the team repeats that display as they try and seal their spot in the last 16 of the club competition.
Spain international midfielder Cesc Fabregas and compatriot Pedro have both been in brilliant form for the side recently and were spotted all smiles as they took a picture on the flight to Azerbaijan, as left wing-back Marcos Alonso uploaded it on his Instagram account.
The Blues will then turn their attention towards their crucial encounter with Liverpool FC at the Anfield Stadium on Saturday.
