Juventus star player Alex Sandro is one of Chelsea’s major targets this summer, but the Premier League champions, looks set to miss out on him.
In a new development, the Stamford Bridge club have been dealt a major blow to their transfer plans with reports that the Brazilian left-back is ready to ignore Chelsea and sign a new deal with the old ladies.
Sandro has been heavily linked with Chelsea, and there were recent speculations that a £60million deal for him to move to west London was close.
Ather reports claim that Chelsea’s Italian manager was worried about the signing, with Porto’s Alex Telles a potential alternative in that position. The Stamford Bridge club may now have to go for Telles instead of Sandro.
It is understood that Sandro is ready to make a u-turn by penning a £93,000-per-week contract to remain at Turin.
Antonio Conte is not too pleased with his side’s delay in the transfer market so far. The deal for players like Romelu Lukaku and Tiemoue Bakayoko are expected to have been confirmed already, and the wait is reportedly getting Conte frustrated.
Unlike other top rivals like Man United and Man City, Chelsea have made two signing this summer.
