Arsenal will welcome Leicester City to the Emirates Stadium on Monday evening for their 9th Premier League game of the season.

There are suggestions that the game will be one to be won by the North London side as they bid to extend their winning run to 10 games in addition to a personal record that needs to be set by manager Unai Emery.

It has been all good for the Gunners who started slow with two consecutive defeats against Manchester City and Chelsea but they have since bounced back, winning every single game to the last that was played against Fulham.

A pause was experienced as a result of the international break and with a return; Arsenal will face the former Premier League winners with top striker Jamie Vardy looking like a threat.

So many things have been said about the England international and they must not be taken for granted by the Spanish manager’s defence knowing his goal ration which has been consistent since he helped his side win the league.

Vardy has been identified as one of the few strikers in the league including Sergio Aguero, Harry Kane and Mohamed Salah who have been consistent and are difficult to silence.

Should Arsenal win, they stand a chance of returning to the fourth position ahead of Tottenham.
