Bayern Munich boss Carlo Ancelotti has declared no decision has yet been taken on the future of teenage sensation Renato Sanches and maintain there is a chance he could stay at the Allianz Arena beyond the summer.
Sanches, 19, was the world’s most sought-after youngster last summer and the Bundesliga giant were the envy of European football when they signed the teenager for a fee worth £31million from Benfica.
But the Portuguese has failed to impress at Bayern and has been linked with a transfer to both AC Milan and Premier League giant Manchester United, the latter of whom were favourites to sign him a year ago.
With Sanches currently on pre-season tour with Bayern in Singapore, manager Ancelotti says there will be no quick decision on his future and submit the youngster may even stay for another season.
According to Sportsmail, Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho remains a huge fan of Sanches and only missed out on signing him last summer because the Bundesliga Champions agreed a deal before the Portuguese took over at Old Trafford.
The Sun claim United manager Jose Mourinho is hopeful of sealing a deal for the teenager and Manchester United are closing in on a loan move.
