Real Betis star player Fabian Ruiz has been linked with a move away from the club in recent times after emerging as a target for the likes of Barcelona and Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United.
But it appears the talented midfielder is bound to play at Old Trafford next season, following reports that the red devils are close to finalising a £26.3m deal for him.
Ruiz has been impressive at Real Betis this season and was able to contribute to nine goals before the end of the term.
And according to reports coming from Spain, Jose Mourinho’s side are the ones likely to get his signature – and are already on the verge of agreeing to terms with the player and the Spanish club.
The youngster was on loan at Elche last season and has played 5 games for Spain’s U21 level.
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is keen on strengthening his midfield department this summer to replace retired Michael Carrick (who hung his boots at the end of the season), and his side have also been linked with some top midfielders like Fred (Shakhtar Donetsk), Jean Michael Seri (Nice) and Aaron Ramsey (Arsenal)
Manchester United fans, let’s hear from you. Do you think signing Fabian Ruiz is a good idea?
