It is not news that Wales international Aaron Ramsey is free to speak with suitors in this January window knowing that his contract with the North London side Arsenal expires at the end of the season.
The former Cardiff City star has failed to agree on a new deal with the club as his £300,000-weekly wages demand could not be met by the Gunners. He was therefore told he will be allowed to leave the club as a free player at the end of the season.
A number of top European sides in England and other leagues including Liverpool, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and PSG were reported to be interested in his signature but he is reported to have given his nod to Italian Serie A outfit Juventus.
According to latest reports, personal terms have already been agreed with the player and an official announcement and unveiling is due for the end of the season.
However, Aaron Ramsey agreed on a £140,000 weekly wage with the Serie A champions according to reports from The Guardian and he will become the club’s second best player behind former Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo.
Meanwhile, the Gunners are expected to secure a replacement for Ramsey at most in the coming summer window.
