North London club Arsenal are believed to be considering a deal for Mesut Ozil with reports that he has been linked with a move away from the club in the January transfer window.
The German international has not been consistent in his form for the Gunners and that seems to be getting manager Unai Emery out of patience, a development that could mean his exit from the club.
However, the North London side are willing to capitalize on the fact that Real Madrid star Isco is seeking a move away from the Bernabeu and they could just have a swap deal with Mesut Ozil.
The Gunners boss had earlier made it clear that players with poor performances will not be allowed handed starting roles, adding that the player’s salary is not the issue for him but what he does on the pitch.
Meanwhile, Isco is willing to have a move to the Emirates Stadium because of his fallout with manager Santiago Solari and that could prompt the deal.
Howbeit, West London side Chelsea are also keen on Isco’s signature as they hope to have him join the Stamford Bridge in exchange for Belgium international Eden Hazard who has refused to commit his future to the Blues.
