Former England coach, Sam Allardyce in a recent statement advises Chelsea midfielder, Ruben Loftus-Cheek to leave the club over limited playing chances.

Sam Allardyce via his statement is angry that the 22-year-old England international is not getting enough playing time in the Blues senior squad.

He disclosed that Loftus-Cheek had the chances to play last season when he was on loan at Crystal Palace, which earned him a spot in the England national squad.

However, this season has been very different for him, following his refusal to leave Chelsea on loan, he has been relegated to the bench.

This has affected him as he failed to make the England current national squad.

Sam Allardyce in his statement said ‘ Chelsea have told him he is going to be a part of the team this season’ but contrary to the statement he has obviously been a part of the team from the bench.

The former coach in his statement further said ‘I thought this will be a big season for him’ considering his performance at Crystal Palace and for England at the world cup.

He advised Ruben Loftus-Cheek to leave Chelsea on a permanent basis in January and move to a club where he can build his career.

Well, it will be quite difficult for the midfielder to leave Chelsea as he only signed a five-year contract in 2016.
