English Premier League side Man United have been tipped by former striker Dwight Yorke despite the threat posed by Argentina international Lionel Messi.

The Red Devils will face the Spanish La Liga outfit in the quarter-finals of the Champions League which is their only hope of winning a title this season.

Barcelona have got Lionel Messi as a major threat with his great form at the moment which has been admitted by Dwight Yorke but he stressed that with the collective strength by the Man United team, they can still scale to the semi-finals.

He noted that Man United were able to defeat French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint Germain despite losing 2-0 at the Old Trafford and that magical victory can be repeated against Barcelona.

Dwight Yorke has therefore advised his former side to play as a team and hope they have luck on their side to be able to come out victorious.

However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will seek to prove a point, now that he has been able to secure the job on a permanent deal. Winning the Champions League at the end of the season will be a major boost and could ensure their automatic qualification for next season especially now that the top-four finish is seeming difficult.
