The future of Croatia international star Ivan Rakitic is still unclear at the Spanish La Liga outfit as he frequently linked away from the club.
It was reported in the last winter transfer window that the Barcelona star will be heading to the English Premier League to join United but that did not happen as speculated.
The Red Devils were reported to be keen on his signature and ready to wait until the summer window to land him to the Old Trafford after missing out in the winter window.
