There could be a last minute change in their stand on the future of Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho which could lead to his sudden sack as manager of the club.
It has been a rough season for the former Chelsea boss with his job severally speculated to be leaving the club due to bad results and the rift he had with some players which unsettled the team.
However, the rift might have seen some relative calm but the bad results still continue with former United defender John Curtis saying the club could change their mind and let the manager leave at once.
The United legend expressed displeasure over the fact that the team lacks quality and the spirit to fight through to be able to secure difficult wins.
He, therefore, stated that the job of the former Real Madrid man is not in any way safe especially if he fails to qualify for next season’s Champions League as the board will be forced to make the decision on his future.
Meanwhile, the United owners are unhappy with the results coming out from the team, especially the 3-1 defeat to Manchester City and the goalless draw against Crystal Palace last weekend.
