Jose Mourinho is set to leave out under-performing Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paul Pogba for Manchester United clash with Fenerbahce in the Europa League.
Asked in a news conference ahead of the visit of Turkish giant if some players are “untouchable” Mourinho gave an emphatic “No”.
That was 11 years ago — a different Premier League and situation. We were the best team by far.
Untouchable’ in our team has to be the spirit, the commitment, the pride, the commitment to the club, respect to the fans. That has to be untouchable, not the players.”
Zlatan Ibrahimovic missed a sitter that would have given United the lead against Liverpool on Monday night but Mourinho was quick to show support for the misfiring striker.

United will go into Thursday’s clash with a fully fit squad except for injured Phil Jones, reports also indicate that there have been good news as Anthony Martial and Morgan Schneiderlin started training after being sidelined.
When questioned about his teams’ selection ahead of Thursday night clash, the former Chelsea and Real Madrid boss said,
Tomorrow, we will play with a team that has a chance to win and, if we play with a team that is not good or strong, we don’t have a chance.
We have to play with a good team, knowing that two days’ later we have to play in the Premier League, as he referred to the upcoming clash against Chelsea.
The Portuguese also gave his opinion on Rashford saying it makes no sense for the teenager to play in the European Under-21 Championship next year if he is a regular in the England National team set up.
Rooney, who has been reduced to a substitute role lately is in line to start the Europa League match as Fenerbahce come visiting.
