Former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has made a shocking claim on his life after his exit as the Gunners manager.

Wenger called it quit as Gunners boss at the end of last season after 22-years in charge of the club with reports that he was forced to make the decision by the board.

Since his exit, Wenger has stayed away from the game busy with his painting and travelling but has now hinted that he would fancy a return to the game.

With the French boss still jobless and linked to Italian Serie A outfit AC Milan as well as French Ligue 1 side Paris Saint Germain, he shocked the world by claiming to have been winning trophies since his retirement.

Wenger noted that he gets trophies every week because he does compete with anyone, stressing that he never knew that was possible when he was into football management.

However, Wenger is expected to have a new club in the New Year according to reports.

Meanwhile, he was replaced at the North London side by manager Unai Emery who has since settled well to return the club back to winning ways as well as playing 20 games unbeaten so far this season.
