Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has the opportunity to ‘pacify’ the fans by giving them the FA Cup trophy when they play with premier league champions Chelsea on Saturday.
Ahead of the game, the French boss has hinted that he will change his side’s formation at Wembley because of injury problems in his team.
It appears a change will occur in Wenger’s 3-4-3 system against Chelsea. Following Koscielny’s suspension, either Paulista or Mustafi are expected to start – but the duo won’t be unfortunately available.
Wenger’s only choice would have been to convert Monreal into a central back – but that would be quite risky in a big game against a superb team like Chelsea.
And Wenger has hinted that he could revert back to a 4-3-3 system when his side face Chelsea at the FA Cup final.
The French boss, speaking ahead of the Wembley game, noted that football is unpredictable and his side had lost two centre backs in a day.
He however added that his side need to be strong at Wembley and will have to find good solutions ahead of the clash. He also suggest that he would try other things in training and isn’t yet sure if he will play the three at the back system on Saturday.
