Spanish La Liga giants Valencia have joined Liverpool in the race to sign in-form Israeli international striker Munas Dabbur.
Dabbur, 26, plays his club football for Austrian Bundesliga side Red Bull Salzburg and has been in good goalscoring form for his club for the better part of the last two years.
He fired the Europa League campaigners to the Bundesliga title last season and the in-form striker has continued in similar fashion this term.
Munas Dabbur has scored 20 goals and provided six assists in 30 games for Red Bull Salzburg in all competitions this season.
His form for Salzburg has not gone unnoticed with several European clubs including Liverpool interested in his services.
The interest of Valencia was confirmed by Spanish news portal Estadio Deportivo with Los Che looking to boost their squad following the departure of Chelsea loanee Michy Batshuayi.
Belgian international attacker Batshuayi joined Valencia at the start of this season on a season-long loan deal from Chelsea only for his loan spell to be terminated this month at the halfway stage because of poor performance.
The former Borussia Dortmund and Marseille star was able to find the back of the net just three times in all competitions.
