Manchester United are reportedly ready to hijack the deal for a move for Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona star Philippe Coutinho in this winter transfer window.

Philippe Coutinho only left the English Premier League outfit Liverpool in January 2018 but he is now unsettled as he is no longer a favourite in the team and struggling for a starting role.

West London side Chelsea had learnt of the situation and are ready to give Philippe Coutinho a way out to the Stamford Bridge but with the latest report, the Red Devils are set to hijack the deal as they are understood to have opened talks with the Spanish giants over the shock move.

Philippe Coutinho has no doubt lost his mojo having scored just 5 goals and handed 4 assists so far this season, a way different from his goal scoring record at the Anfield.

However, United who are desperate to add more strength to their squad could just strike a deal for Philippe Coutinho before the end of the winter window should talks with Barcelona go as planned.

It is however unsure if Philippe Coutinho will fancy a move to the English Premier League where he will have to face his former side.
