Ruben Neves

Manchester United are reported to have opened talks with Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves ahead of the coming winter transfer market.

This according to report is to be able to beat Premier League rival Manchester City and Italian champions Juventus who have also shown interest in the player.

Ruben Neves can arguably be regarded as one of Europe’s best midfielders with his recent impressive form.

He did not only showcase his talent in the Championship which helped his side gain their promotion, but he is also currently in the business of playing one of the best in the Premier League.

Tuttosport reports that Manchester United have shown more interest in the player than the Italian and English Champions respectively ahead of the January transfer window.

Having shown interest in the 21-year-old star, the Old Trafford team are now ready to submit a bid of about £60 million which is big enough to lure the EPL team into releasing their star player.

The Red Devils are also encouraged by the fact that Ruben Neves‘s agent also manages goalkeeper David De Gea and has already established a good relationship with the club.

Suggestions are that Ruben Neves could be the big thing to happen to the Old Trafford side should they have him for the second half of the season.
