Premier League champions Manchester City have set their sights on Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly who was a previous transfer target for Premier League rivals Chelsea. According to the report from the stables of popular Italian news portal La Gazzetta dello Sport, Manchester City are preparing a €95m offer for the Senegalese international centre back.

Merseyside giants Everton have agreed on a €25m fee for Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes according to Mundo Deportivo. The Portuguese international player spent last season on loan at Everton and the Toffees have decided to make his loan deal a permanent transfer on the back of his impressive performances for the club.

Spanish La Liga giants Atletico Madrid are closing in on the biggest transfer of this summer following the news that Benfica attacker Joao Felix will seal a move to the club after the Spaniards agreed to pay his €120m release clause.
