Chelsea are reportedly ready to cash in on Cesc Fabregas in a move to get Radja Nainggolan and Antonio Rudiger during the summer transfer window. Antonio Conte is said to be a long-term admirer of the duo of Nainggolan and Rudiger and could allow Fabregas go loan to Roma during the January transfer window with hopes the Serie A side will favour them in the move for the pair.
