Stubborn Arsenal to activate release clause of South American star
The issues concerning Arsenal’s interest in South American star Ever Banega is becoming more interesting as the North London side are not discouraged by media reports as they hope to activate the release clause of the star player.
The Gunners are keen to seal their first winter transfer deal with the Argentina international who is also available in the market.
Ever Banega is a player with big quality and respect and he has been tipped to serve as a replacement for Wales international Aaron Ramsey who is set to leave the club when his contract expires at the end of the season.
However, reports in Spain claim that the La Liga outfit Sevilla are already making efforts to secure a replacement for Ever Banega having lost hope of keeping him anymore.
Meanwhile, It has been hinted that the North London side will not secure any permanent deal this transfer window as they will only wait until the coming summer window to strike some deals.
This, therefore, means that the Emirates Stadium side will be open to loan moves in this January market so as to keep the second half of the season running.
The mission of the Gunners boss is to finish top four in the league table so as to qualify for the Champions League next season.
