The English national team have been flourishing of recent and that has been attributed to the fresh and young legs in the team as selected by manager Gareth Southgate since he took over as the country’s head coach.

No wonder, the England national team did well at the World Cup and almost gave a surprise to the world only to be cut short along the way.

The likes of Callum Hudson-Odoi and Jadon Sancho are the latest young players in the Gareth Southgate team and they have been helpful especially after securing a convincing win against Czech Republic.

Gareth Southgate who seems to have adopted a youth system said he is emulating the footstep of former Man United boss Alex Ferguson with his selection of younger players and hopes he is able to deliver good results with them.

He noted that he is making efforts to expose the young players so that they can be ready for the bigger challenge ahead of the Euro 2020 competition.

Gareth Southgate, therefore, stressed that he will always thank the Man United legendary manager and Ryan Giggs for giving him the inspiration which seems to be working well at this time with the expectation that they will only get better.
