Man United have been linked with the signature of French Ligue 1 outfit Lyon striker Moussa Dembele ahead of the coming season as they consider striking a deal in coming weeks.

Moussa Dembele only joined Lyon from Celtic last season and has been able to impress to have gathered the level interest from the English Premier League. He scored 17 goals his first season.

So far, the 22-year-old has scored a total of 87 goals which gives a clue of his quality as a young striker who has got many more years to play the game.

Moussa Dembele has also been tipped to be the future of the French national team and could follow the part of Kylian Mbappe as he is known to be quick and very mobile.

However, it is unclear if he would fit into the Ole Gunnar Solskjaer team and would be able to beat the competition from Marcus Rushford and Anthony Martial.

Although, analysts have opined that he would be able to replace Belgium international Romelu Lukaku.
