Shocking as Rob Green arrives Stamford Bridge for Medical

This is quite a surprise and may have hinted a desperate act on the part of Chelsea.

New report have made it known that Chelsea have reached an agreement with 38-year-old goalkeeper, Rob Green.

Rob Green is expected to take over from Thibaut Courtois, who insisted on leaving Stamford Bridge to join Real Madrid for the sake of his children.

Chelsea signed Green on a free transfer as he had left his former club, Huddersfield at the end of last season.

The signing of Rob Green is, however, a temporary solution as age is no longer on Green’s side and he is expected to retire any time soon.

To serve as proof that Chelsea have reached an agreement with Green, the England international is expected to arrive at Stamford Bridge for his medical Today as at the time of writing this article(25th of July).

Chelsea is about to lose three key players which include, Eden Hazard, Thibaut Courtois and Willian.

Although, Chelsea boss,Sarri in a recent statement disclosed he is confident the three players will stay put at Stamford Bridge but Chelsea are taking precautionary steps already.

Going by past record Green has played at Norwich, West Ham QPR and Leeds.

He has also played 12 times for England and was part of the Three Lions’ World Cup squad in 2010
